It's Alive!
From the desk of Pastor John Greiner
James 2:26 says "as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." Here, the Holy Spirit tells us that living faith requires corresponding action. A lifeless body has no breath. It cannot perform any useful function. In the same way, faith alone without corresponding action is not profitable and cannot save, heal or deliver. All things are possible to those who believe - who act like the Bible is true.
The book of Acts was written because the Apostles acted on their faith, and we read and marvel today. We see in Acts 14 where Paul perceived that a lame man had faith to be healed. Yet until the man acted on Paul's command to stand up, he was still lame. When he acted, he leapt up and walked. Paul and Barnabas actually had to restrain bystanders from worshipping them because of the awesomeness that living faith produced. What will your living faith produce?
Because we have seen the regathering of the Jews to Israel, we know the Lord's return is near. God has chosen us to live in this generation and do the "greater works" Jesus promised in John 14:12. We've been taught faith for this purpose: to save the lost, heal the sick, and free the captive. Give breath to the body of your faith. Go out and act like the Bible is true!

Vitamins for Kids
In mid January, we received an amazing offer for our missions organization, Global Aid Partnership. A pharmaceutical company in New Jersey would donate $2.5 million worth of children's vitamin supplements if only we could pay the trucking and overhead costs: $25,000 total. Money came in instantly, and we got the goods that week: 3 semi-truck loads, packed to the gills. Ministries are now on board to distribute the vitamins to children in Nicaragua, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, tribal areas of the Philippines, and more. The almost 5 million doses are enough to benefit about 163,000 malnourished children daily for an entire month. Pictures and reports will be coming our way. Thanks to those who gave!
